Allison F. Avery, M.A., is a Jungian analyst, executive coach, and organizational strategist. She currently serves as President and faculty member of the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association in New York. A former Chief People Officer, she has led culture and talent strategy across sectors, including at NYU Langone Health, Dow Jones, SYPartners, & Brooklyn Museum. Allison advises leaders and mission-driven institutions on transformation, values, and the symbolic life of organizations. She also serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of NYU Stern’s Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing. Her work integrates depth psychology with systems thinking to support purposeful leadership and change.
