Prof. Dr. phil. Ralf T. Vogel is a psychotherapist, psychoanalyst (DGPT, IAAP), and behavioral therapist. He studied psychology and sinology at the universities of Mannheim and Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he received his doctorate and he habilitated in psychotherapy sciences at the Vienna Sigmund Freud PrivateUniversity. He is an honorary professor of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. Ralf Vogel is a lecturer and training analyst at Freudian and Jungian training institutes, including the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich. He is a member of various academic committees, for example spokesperson for the Scientific Advisory Board of the Lindau Psychotherapy Weeks, one of the largest psychotherapy conferences in Europe. He is the editor of the academic book series "Analytical Psychology: C.G. Jung in Psychotherapy" for Kohlhammer Verlag, a leading German academic publisher. He has published numerous books and scientific articles, particularly on concepts of analytical psychology, existential themes in psychotherapy and psychotherapy science. Some of his books have been translated into different languages. Ralf Vogel teaches nationally and internationally at universities and psychotherapy training institutes. He runs a private practice for psychotherapy and supervision in Ingolstadt.
