Book your lunch at the congress location

Dear congress participants       

To ensure smooth service and minimize food waste and waiting times, lunch must be pre-ordered online using a meal ticket. No meals/food will be sold on-site without a pre-booked meal ticket.

Please read the following information carefully.

• Meal tickets can be purchased from now and up to 2 business days in advance at the latest. For ex. If you attend on Monday 25 August, lunch must be purchased until Thursday 21 August lunch time (European time) at the latest.
• A separate meal ticket must be purchased for each day of attendance. If you are attending multiple days, you must repeat the ordering process for each day.  For ex. : attending Monday and Tuesday = purchase one ticket for Monday, then repeat the process for Tuesday (there is no cart).
• Each daily menu includes one main dish and one 0.5-liter drink (choice of non-alcoholic beverage or mineral water, to be selected on-site)
• Menus change daily and include: one vegetarian option and one gluten-free option
• Meal tickets must be presented at one of the distribution points between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM each day to receive lunch.
• Up to three distribution points will be available on-site.
• NO Exchange or refunds for lunch tickets possible

The meal tickets are valid from Monday to Friday only. On Sunday the Beethoven Bar within the Kongresshaus will be opened from 10am until 2.00pm were you will be able to buy sandwiches, snaks and drinks.
