Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am delighted to present to you the new website for the XXIII International Congress of Analytical Psychology in Zürich 2025. After having reflected IAAP's global evolution by organizing the two previous Congresses in Kyoto Japan and Buenos Aires Argentina respectively, the IAAP now comes back to its roots. The year 2025 is special as it is the 150 years’ anniversary for Jung’s birth, and this makes Zürich a great choice for the next Congress. 

In February 2023 the Program Committee agreed on the theme for this Congress: EXPERIENCES OF THE NON-UNDERSTANDABLE: JUNGIAN EXPLORATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS. This challenging and inspiring title leads us back to Jung’s numerous contributions and lifelong search for meaning in the field of the human mind as well as of the collective world, and it leads us towards present and future explorations within this field.

I can testify that the planning and organization of the Congress is in very good hands with a Program Committee composed of well-known Jungian analysts from around the world and chaired by Andreas Michel, and with a local Organizing Committee comprising competent members from Zurich and co-chaired by Karin Vey and Isabelle Meier. I am certain that these good forces together will make sure that the XXIII International Congress of Analytical Psychology in Zürich 2025 will be an unforgettable experience.
